The Southport Financial Center building at 6905 Green Bay Road was purchased on October 31, 2003. The building contains approximately 35,000 square feet of office space. The build out of approximately 15,000 square feet began in March of 2004 and will be completed in July of 2004. Southport Financial Center will house most of the bank’s operations activity including loans operations, deposits operations, call center and accounting operations. It will also house many of the commercial lenders and their administrative staff. There will still be approximately 15,000 square feet of future leasable space for tenants or further expansion of the bank.
